Kent Planning Consultancy can undertake ‘Site Appraisals’ to advise on the ‘development potential’ of any given site or building and provide the most suitable way of ‘realising’ and ‘optimising’ its development potential. We prepare and manage planning applications for a variety of development proposals, from pre-application discussions, advice on the planning strategy and route, advising on supporting information to the full preparation and submission of an application and its management.
